These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the BioPulse Prime website, including www.biopulseprime.com ("Website"), and the purchase of products from BioPulse Prime Ltd ("BioPulse", "we", "us" or "our").

By accessing the Website, creating an account or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms.

1. ABOUT BIOPULSE

BioPulse supplies products described on the Website for lawful research and laboratory purposes, subject to the restrictions and conditions set out in these Terms and the applicable product information.

BioPulse does not supply products as medicines, medical treatments, dietary supplements, food products or veterinary medicines unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

2. MINIMUM AGE

You must be 18 years of age or older to place an order through the Website.

By placing an order, you confirm that:

you are at least 18 years old;

the information you provide is accurate;

you have legal capacity to enter into the transaction; and

you will comply with these Terms.

BioPulse may request reasonable evidence of age or identity before accepting or dispatching an order.

3. RESEARCH USE ONLY

Products supplied by BioPulse are supplied strictly for lawful research and laboratory purposes, unless BioPulse expressly states otherwise in writing.

Products are not intended or supplied for:

human consumption;

administration to humans;

animal consumption;

administration to animals;

diagnosis;

treatment;

prevention or cure of disease;

weight-loss treatment;

clinical use;

therapeutic use; or

veterinary use.

BioPulse does not provide instructions for human or animal administration.

4. NO MEDICAL, DOSING OR ADMINISTRATION ADVICE

BioPulse does not provide medical advice, treatment recommendations, prescribing advice, dosage recommendations, injection instructions, administration protocols, treatment cycles or individual health recommendations.

Any information provided on the Website is provided for general product or research information only.

5. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

The customer is responsible for determining whether the purchase, possession, storage, handling and intended research use of a product is lawful.

You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, use products only for lawful purposes, ensure appropriate storage and handling, and prevent unauthorised use.

6. PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product descriptions, photographs, specifications, certificates, laboratory reports and other information displayed on the Website are provided for research and informational purposes.

We take reasonable care to ensure that information published on the Website is accurate. However, product appearance and packaging may change, specifications may change, product images may be illustrative, and laboratory testing relates to the relevant batch or sample identified in the applicable documentation.

7. BATCH TESTING AND CERTIFICATES

Where a product is described as tested, laboratory testing relates to the specific batch identified in the applicable certificate or laboratory report.

A test result for one batch does not constitute a guarantee that every other batch will have identical characteristics.

8. WEBSITE CALCULATORS AND TOOLS

Any calculator, concentration calculator, conversion tool or similar functionality provided by BioPulse is supplied for mathematical or theoretical reference only.

Such tools do not provide medical advice, dosing advice, recommend administration or constitute treatment guidance.

9. ORDERS

Placing an order through the Website constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products subject to these Terms.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance.

BioPulse may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch where reasonably necessary, including where products are unavailable, there is an obvious pricing error, information is inaccurate, age or identity cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, the transaction presents a legal or regulatory concern, or the intended use appears inconsistent with these Terms.

10. COMPLIANCE AND ORDER SCREENING

BioPulse may conduct reasonable compliance, fraud, identity and security checks before accepting or dispatching an order.

We may request additional information concerning customer identity, age, delivery destination, intended research purpose, payment details or other information reasonably required to assess legal, regulatory or security concerns.

11. PROHIBITED USE

You must not purchase or use BioPulse products for unlawful purposes or in a manner contrary to these Terms.

You must not represent a research product as an approved medicine, make unauthorised medical or therapeutic claims, use BioPulse materials to promote human or animal administration, use products for unlawful clinical or therapeutic purposes, provide misleading information, circumvent compliance controls or use the Website for fraudulent or unlawful activity.

12. RESALE AND REDISTRIBUTION

Unless expressly authorised by BioPulse in writing, products purchased from BioPulse must not be resold, redistributed, repackaged or relabelled in a manner that could misrepresent the product, origin, specification, intended use or regulatory status.

13. PRICING

All prices are displayed in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.

Prices may change without notice. Where an obvious pricing or technical error occurs, BioPulse may cancel the affected order and refund any payment received.

14. PAYMENT

Payment must be received in full before dispatch unless otherwise agreed in writing.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

15. DELIVERY

Delivery is made using the delivery service selected or offered at checkout.

Delivery estimates are guidance and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

16. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Where international delivery is offered, the customer is responsible for determining whether purchase, importation, possession, storage and intended research use are lawful in the destination jurisdiction.

17. DELAYED OR MISSING PARCELS

If an order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, contact BioPulse promptly. We may investigate with the relevant courier and request reasonable information.

18. PARCELS MARKED AS DELIVERED

Where tracking records a parcel as delivered but the customer reports that it has not been received, BioPulse may investigate with the courier and request reasonable supporting information.

19. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our separate Delivery, Shipping & Returns Policy.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to remove or restrict any statutory right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

20. CHARGEBACKS AND PAYMENT DISPUTES

Where a chargeback, payment reversal or payment dispute is initiated, BioPulse may provide relevant evidence to the payment provider, card issuer, bank or other appropriate party.

21. PRODUCT QUALITY, DEFECTS AND RECALLS

If BioPulse becomes aware of a quality, safety, regulatory or compliance issue affecting a product or batch, we may suspend sales, contact affected customers, request return or appropriate disposal, provide replacements, issue refunds or take other reasonable corrective action.

22. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All Website content, including BioPulse branding, logos, photographs, product descriptions, graphics, written material, technical information and website design, is owned by or licensed to BioPulse.

Unauthorised copying, reproduction, distribution, scraping or commercial exploitation is prohibited.

23. UNAUTHORISED USE OF BIOPULSE CONTENT

You must not use BioPulse branding, images, descriptions, certificates or other materials in a manner that implies BioPulse endorsement, suggests human or animal administration, makes unauthorised therapeutic or medical claims, or misrepresents intended use.

24. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY

We do not guarantee that the Website will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

25. PRIVACY

Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

26. ACCOUNT SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

BioPulse may suspend or terminate access to an account where we reasonably believe that these Terms have been breached, fraudulent activity has occurred, prohibited use is suspected, account security has been compromised, or continued access creates a legal or regulatory concern.

27. COMPLAINTS

If you have a complaint, please contact BioPulse using the contact details published on the Website and provide your name, order number, contact details and a clear description of the issue.

28. LIABILITY

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Subject to that restriction, BioPulse shall not be responsible for losses arising from misuse of products, unlawful use, use contrary to stated intended purpose, failure to follow applicable storage or handling requirements, regulatory breaches by the customer, inaccurate customer information, third-party delivery delays or indirect/consequential losses where legally permitted.

Where legally permitted, BioPulse's liability relating to a particular order shall not exceed the amount paid for the products giving rise to the claim.

Nothing excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, defective products where liability cannot lawfully be excluded, breach of mandatory consumer rights, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

29. FORCE MAJEURE

BioPulse shall not be liable for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, fire, flooding, severe weather, public health emergencies, industrial action, courier disruption, supply-chain disruption, customs delays, government action, regulatory restrictions, cyber incidents or telecommunications failure.

30. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

BioPulse may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will be published on the Website with the date of the latest update.

31. SEVERABILITY

If any provision is unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be modified or interpreted to the minimum extent necessary to make it lawful and enforceable. The remaining provisions continue in effect.

32. NO WAIVER

A failure or delay by BioPulse to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver.

33. ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms, together with policies expressly incorporated into them, constitute the agreement between BioPulse and the customer concerning use of the Website and purchase of products.

34. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Subject to mandatory consumer rights, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
